The Owners Dr. Miller and Dr. Bergenstock currently reside in Warren, PA with their two Australian cattle dogs "Zipp" and "Roo" and cats "Hamlet", "Clawdius", and "Rush".
Dr. Blayne Bergenstock is a native of Wind Gap, PA and a 1992 graduate of Nazareth High School. She attended Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Dr. Bergenstock then attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Upon graduation in May of 2001, Dr. Bergenstock joined Dr. Dave Thimons as an associate at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic in Warren, PA. In July of 2004, Dr. Bergenstock and Dr. Miller purchased the Kinzua Veterinary Clinic from Dr. Thimons.
Dr. Bergenstock is an avid equestrian with a special passion for dressage. She has two horses, Jumping Jack Flash (JJ) - a thoroughbred she has had since she was 14 years old, and Twisted Tango - a paint filly she received as a birthday present in 2005.
Dr. Miller is a native of Ludlow, PA and a 1993 graduate of Kane High School. He attended Duke University in Durham, NC and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Miller then attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Upon graduation in May of 2001, Dr. Miller returned to Kane to work at Pine Haven Vet Clinic for a year. Dr. Miller then joined his wife Dr. Blayne Bergenstock and Dr. Dave Thimons as an associate at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic in Warren, PA. In July of 2004, Dr. Bergenstock and Dr. Miller purchased the Kinzua Veterinary Clinic from Dr. Thimons.
Dr. Miller is an outdoor enthusiast. He is enjoys bow-hunting, golfing, and landscaping/gardening.
  
Dr. Carrie Kean is a native of Cranesville, PA and a 2004 graduate of Northwestern High School. She attended Allegheny College in Meadville, PA and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Kean then attended veterinary school at Ross University on the island of St. Kitts and spent her last clinical year of veterinary school at Texas A & M in College Station, TX.
Dr. Kean enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and fishing in her free time. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
Dr. Kean currently resides in Warren, PA with her mixed breed dog, Maddie, who she adopted down on the island of St. Kitts while attending veterinary school.
  
Dr. Lindsay Schwartzmeyer is a native of North Collins, NY, and a 2004 graduate of North Collins Jr/Sr High School. She attended SUNY Fredonia in Fredonia, NY and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She also attended Minnesota School of Horseshoeing in 2008. Dr. Schwartzmeyer attended veterinary school at Ross University on the island of St. Kitts and spent her last clinical year of veterinary school at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
Dr. Schwartzmeyer enjoys many outdoor activities such as camping, horseback riding, hiking, and snowmobiling in her free time.
Dr. Schwartzmeyer resides in Russell, PA with her 2 dogs, a beagle Sierra and a mixed breed dog Tali, who she adopted down on the island of St. Kitts.

Jennifer Gossard
Jen has been employed as a book-keeper and receptionist at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic since 1990. She has 25 years of experience working in the veterinary field. Jen graduated from Westmont Hilltop High School in Johnstown, PA and then acquired an associates degree in Animal Health Technology at the Veterinary Tech Institute in Pittsburgh.
She currently resides in Warren with her female Labradoodles Gracie and Ruby, and her male short hair cat Jack. Outside of work, Jen enjoys church functions and reading. |

She is a graduate of Cranberry High School in Seneca, PA and Veterinary Tech Institute in Pittsburgh. She currently resides in Warren with her female cat Minnie and male cat James. Ashley VanGelder
Ashley has been employed at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic as a veterinary technician since 2007, with a brief intermission to start her family. She is a graduate of Warren High School and the Veterinary Tech Institute in Pittsburgh. She currently resides in Starbrick with her husband Aaron, boxer mix Daisy, and cat Marley. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys baking, and taking care of son Alex.

Jennifer has been employed at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist since 1999. She is a graduate of Falconer Central High School in New York. She holds a degree in Advertising Design from Mohawk Valley community college in Utica, NY.
She currently resides in Youngsville with her children and husband Troy. Jennifer has a female golden retriever Stella, a female poodle mix Grayce, a male Schnauzer mix Arthur,and a female Ragdoll cat Flower. Outside of work Jennifer spends most of her time trying to keep up with the extra-curricular activities of her kids. |

Tara has been employed at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist since November 2011. She is a graduate of Warren Area High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She currently resides in Warren . Tara has four cats: Koda Bear, a male Maine Coon, Rum-Tum, a male, beige shorthair, Jezebel, a female calico, and Jackie, a black and white shorthair who loves to terrorize the others. Outside of work, Tara enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family and loved ones.

She graduated from the Great Lakes Institute of Technology veterinary assistant program in Erie. She currently resides in Russell with her Shih-tzus Levi and Lacy, cats Jack and Ace and a cow name Fizgig. Outside of work she enjoys outside activities including snowboarding and is a movie buff.

She has been trained as a technician and also helps the receptionists with chart management. She currently resides in Sugar Grove with her husband Paul, Rottweiler KD, horse Blondie, and her four cats named Peanut, Cingee, Peewee, and Stella. Ursula Bowler
Ursula has been employed as a receptionist at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic since December, 2012. She graduated from Branford High School in Branford, CT. She and her husband Bill have four sons. Bill and Ursula currently reside in the Warren area with their cat, Koji and their dogs Tara, a German Shorthaired Pointer, Rusty and Dot, German Shorthaired Pointer crosses and Angus, a Brittany Spaniel. Outside of work, Ursula enjoys hunting, kayaking, reading, genealogy and most importantly, spending time with family.

Nicole has been employed at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist since September 2012. She graduated from Warren Area High School. Nicole worked as a veterinary receptionist/pharmacy technician in Pittsburgh, PA for 4 years before moving back to Warren. Nicole currently resides in Russell with her fiance Wayne, son Weylin, Newfoundland mix Thor and Basset Hound Bubba. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys outdoor activities, movies, music, and spending time with family and friends.

She holds a degree in sports medicine from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. She also graduated from the Veterinary Assistant program at the Great Lakes Institute of Technology in Erie, PA. Savanna currently resides in Sheffield with Phelix her male leopard catahoula mix and Skyeler, a Pit Bull mix. Outside of work, Savanna enjoys volleyball, softball, and martial arts.

Judi was employed with us from 2002-2004 as a veterinary assistant and has begun employment with us again starting November, 2012. She is a graduate of Warren High School. She holds a B.S in Chemistry and Biology from Clarion University, Clarion, PA. Judi currently resides in Warren with her husband Steve, her son Jacob, and her female Boxer, Liesel. Outside of work, Judi enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, and outdoor activities with her family.

Janis Sample

Janis was employed as a veterinary technician at Kinzua Veterinary Clinic from 2002 until October of 2011 after losing a battle with pancreatic cancer. She was a veterinary technician since 1979. She was a graduate of Johnsonburg high school and the Median School of Allied Health Careers in Pittsburgh. She resided in Kane and left behind her husband Jeff and 3 cats Too, Big Al, and Karl. Janis enjoyed camping and gardening. | |
